è la mammella della mucca, viene servita solitamente come il lampredotto ma in alcune attività di ristorazione la si può trovare anche fritta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;La &lt;strong&gt;lingua&lt;/strong&gt; Ognuno aveva nella propria bottega la scodella, il cucchiario, il fagottino con il sale e pepe.
